Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Wild Scrubs ships parcels using Australia Tracked Parcel Post. Items are packaged using compostable satchels.

Nearly all of our items are pre-made, meaning that there is a waiting time before items are shipped while we make your item. We try to dispatch your item within 1-2 weeks of ordering, but please note that it can take up to 4 weeks if we have a large number of orders to fulfil (see individual product descriptions for more information).

Items are sent via either Standard Parcel Post or Express Post (shipping costs will change depending on the weight of the order). Customers will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch. Please note that Express Post will only speed up shipping time, not production time. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Wild Scrubs is happy for any item to be returned/exchanged if sizing/pattern is incorrect.

If your sizing is incorrect, we can either:

- Make a replacement item and exchange your order free of charge - we will require you to return the shirt to us at your own cost, however there will be no shipping costs to send out the new order. We cannot guarantee the same fabric ordered will be available so we highly recommend double checking your sizing before ordering. 

- Make a new item and keep the old item (in which case an entirely new order will need to be placed)

- Return the order (at your own cost) and a refund will be provided.

If you have received an incorrect item (e.g. wrong print), the above principles apply however you will receive a refund for the return shipping costs.

We ideally do not accept change-of-mind returns, but you are always welcome to contact us and we can go from there.
